AP® Precalculus: Applications of Sinusoidal Graphs With Transformations

During this webinar, we will take what you know about using transformations with sinusoidal functions and put a TI technology spin on it.

First, we will use the Transformations App on the TI-84 Plus CE graphing calculator, and then spend a little time using sliders on the TI‑Nspire™ CX II graphing calculator.

TI has been enhancing its activities to better prepare your AP^® Precalculus students, and our presenters will introduce one of these activities to you, Exploring Sinusoidal Functions. This activity can be used with TI-84 Plus CE or TI-Nspire™ CX II technology.

We will finish our time together discussing Free Response Question 3 from the 2024 AP^® Precalculus Exam and how tonight's topics and activity can strengthen your students' understanding and help them be more successful.
